Wholesale Terms & Policies

Standard MOQ is 30 sets per order (not per design) — you may mix any designs and sizes to reach it. OEM/ODM orders start at 200 sets per design. Sample kits (1–9 sets): $9.90/set — the buyer covers the sample fee plus international shipping; the sample fee (excluding shipping) is fully credited toward your first bulk wholesale order of 100+ sets.

All orders are confirmed via proforma invoice (PI). Production begins after the deposit is received. Order cancellations after production starts are subject to a work-in-progress fee based on completed stages.

Wholesale prices are tiered by total order quantity (see pricing table) and quoted in USD. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.

Payment: 50% deposit + 50% balance before shipment (T/T). PayPal accepted for sample shipping fees (small surcharge applies). Other terms (L/C, Trade Assurance) negotiable for established partners and repeat orders.

Prices are EXW by default; DDP and FOB quotes available on request. Prices exclude destination-country import duties and taxes unless explicitly stated as DDP.

Production lead time: 7–15 business days depending on order volume and design complexity. OEM orders with custom tooling may require additional time, confirmed at order placement.

Shipping options:

• Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — 7–15 business days door-to-door; recommended for samples and urgent restocks.
• Air freight — 5–10 days in transit; a balanced option for mid-volume orders.
• Sea freight — 25–40 days; the most economical option for large bulk orders.
• DDP shipping available — import duties, clearance and related responsibilities are handled by us. FOB terms available on request for very large bulk orders.

All orders ship direct from our China studio; transit times above exclude production time.

Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment. While we work only with reputable carriers, transit delays beyond our control (customs, weather, peak season) are not grounds for order cancellation or penalty.

Every set is hand-finished and passes a two-stage inspection (components + final packaging). Each wholesale shipment includes a small overage (typically 2–3%) to cover transit contingencies.

Claims window: quality or shortage claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to wdlove68@gmail.com or WhatsApp, including order number, quantity affected, and clear photos/video of the issue. Verified claims are compensated by replacement units in your next shipment or credit memo — your choice. Claims received after 14 days cannot be processed.

Please retain all packaging materials for claims involving carrier damage; we will assist in filing the carrier claim.

As this is a wholesale channel, standard consumer-style returns do not apply. Except for verified quality issues (Section 4), all wholesale sales are final once production has begun.

If you receive the wrong designs or quantities versus your PI, we will correct the error at our cost — replacement units shipped at our expense.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used nail sets cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Your submitted designs, logos, and brand assets remain your property. We sign a mutual NDA before receiving any confidential materials and never disclose partner designs or sell custom designs to third parties.

Molds, tooling, and packaging plates created for your order are reserved for your production runs only. Tooling costs are quoted upfront and amortized into unit price where agreed.

Conversely, we ask partners not to reproduce our in-house designs (as shown on this site) under another brand without an OEM agreement.

We collect only the business contact details you provide in inquiries (name, company, email, WhatsApp number, and requirements) and use them solely to respond to your inquiry and service your account. We never sell or rent inquiry data to third parties.

Analytics on this site are limited to aggregate, cookie-based traffic measurement. Request deletion of your data at any time via wdlove68@gmail.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We are committed to resolving any dispute amicably first — please contact us directly before escalating. Where resolution fails, disputes shall be settled by arbitration (CIETAC, Shenzhen) unless otherwise agreed in writing with the partner.
