Shipping policy

By completing a purchase with Sparkle Nail Magic, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.

The orders are shipped from the United States, and some orders are also shipped from our subsidiary in China, with different shipping time cycles.

Standard Shipping: $10.00

Standard Shipping on orders over $60: FREE

Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns. 

The above rates apply to shipping within the United States . For other countries, shipping costs will be based on actual shipping fees. please contact us in advance at sparklenailmagic@outlook.com.

SHIPPING

You may track your order at any time using the tracking number we provide to you after your order has been processed and shipped.

For UPS/USPS Standard Shipping, orders are shipped out through UPS/USPS, allowing us to offer fast delivery of items in 5-7 business days (excluding processing time) within the US.

*Please note that for all orders above $300.00, a signature will be required upon delivery.

The specific transportation time is subject to the actual situation of logistics, and the time cycle varies from country to country. Transit time is expected to be about 10-30 business days.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.

If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Claims for damaged items must be filed within 5 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims must be reported to WDLOVE68@GMAIL.COM, with images of the damaged products. Claims received after 5 business days of delivery will not be processed.

Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents. Sparkle Nail Magic will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim. Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

The holiday buying season causes a spike in shipments, which can overwhelm carriers and delay packages. At Sparkle Nail Magic, we make every effort to process and ship your purchase swiftly, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit during the holiday season. Please shop early to ensure your items are delivered on time.

LOST ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way.

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!

If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office. 15 days after the initial delivery, you will be able to file a missing mail search with UPS/USPS. We will need for you to share this search ID in order to assist you further. Please reach out to Customer Service within one month of the delivery date indicated within your tracking link. Inquiries submitted after one month will not be accepted.

MISSING ITEMS

If your order is missing items upon arrival, please double check your order/shipping confirmation to make sure the missing items were in fact ordered. We are happy to replace missing items with the same item that was originally ordered. If the item(s) missing from your order is out of stock, we will evaluate it on a case by case basis. To submit a missing item inquiry, please reach out to us at wdlove68@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

STOLEN ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with UPS/USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.

FAILED DELIVERY

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will process a return for your order. Please note that any shipping fees will not be refunded if the order was returned due to an error on the customer’s part.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

As it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order.

Even if you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, please understand it is difficult to guarantee we will be able to modify your order in time.

Unfortunately, if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your end, it would be difficult to offer you a refund or replacement.  If you have access to the location or are able to contact the current resident, we suggest reaching out to them in regards to your package. You can also try submitting a missing mail request to UPS/ USPS and see if you can have it returned to you.
